2. Zero-OAuth Security Boundary: All diagnostics operate strictly in read-only mode against public GitHub REST API metadata. GitScope never requests GitHub OAuth permissions, Personal Access Tokens (PATs), webhook installations, or repository write access.

3. Settlement & Portal Delivery: B2B audit orders settle via corporate card / tax-compliant invoice or direct digital transfer. Upon settlement, the compiled AST findings, directory submission patches, and ecosystem benchmark tables are provisioned inside a private status portal (/status/sgt_...).

4. Final-Sale Policy on Compiled Digital Deliverables: Because AST structural diagnostics, custom manifest patches, and maintainer benchmark indices are custom-compiled digital engineering datasets unlocked immediately upon portal provisioning, all delivered audit packages are final and non-refundable once compiled (see /refund).
