Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may download your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
