Quick Start Guide

Welcome to GitScope! This guide will help you get up and running in just a few minutes.

Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A GitHub account with repository access
  • Admin permissions for the repositories you want to analyze

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Go to GitScope
  2. Click "Start Free Trial"
  3. Sign in with your GitHub account
  4. Authorize GitScope to access your repositories

Step 2: Add Your First Repository

  1. Navigate to the "Repositories" section
  2. Click "Add Repository"
  3. Select a repository from your GitHub organizations
  4. Click "Add Repository"

Step 3: Run Your First Analysis

  1. After adding a repository, GitScope will automatically sync recent issues
  2. Navigate to the "Issues" section to see AI-categorized issues
  3. View the "Dashboard" for analytics and insights

Step 4: Explore Features

AI Issue Triage

  • Automatic categorization (bug, feature, documentation, etc.)
  • Priority assignment based on content analysis
  • Sentiment analysis for community health

Analytics Dashboard

  • Issue resolution trends
